Jersey Joe Walcott had a powerful jab, too. But I'm not sure where to rank him on it. A Ring Magazine article did compare him to Holmes, though.

jab and excessively grab is not a solution its illegal and its not defending properly and he should've been disqualified in almost all his big fights after rahman knocked his overrated ass out very overrated european stiff with no levels so to compensate for his lack of level changes hed grab and wrestle his opponent not boxing and definitely not one of the greats
