At least this one is digital puppetry of actual historic paintings and not 'AI'. Youtube probably won't like this but before the quartering there was also castration, and those parts and the bowels were often burned while the victim watched. No one was executed for disagreeing with the king. No one was executed for suggesting we should "improve society somewhat." High treason would suggest something like attempting to assassinate a royal, staging a revolution or coup, or helping enemies of the state. That's a far cry from disagreeing with the "absolute power" of the monarch which they didn't even have.
