Construction work was carried out to remove three generators weighing 4,000 kg from the roof of a 40-meter high-rise building. This large-scale work required a high level of skill and expertise, and the safety of the building and the skills of the workers were put into question.

Once the generators have been removed, the next step will be renovations to make better use of the rooftop space. Here, space will be provided to store supplies and other items, and the building will be ready for its new use.

The work was carried out by experts who are well-versed in handling 100-ton class heavy objects, and was comprised of skilled workers with extensive experience working in steel equipment such as 1000-ton presses and rolling mills, as well as in food factories. These professionals have been involved in relocation and demolition work of various degrees of difficulty in the past, and based on that experience, they boldly took on the challenge of this time.

The construction period was only four days, and the work was fraught with many challenges, such as a narrow space, an environment with many steps, and work to pull things out from inside the building. However, relying on their experience and skill, the workers deftly overcame these challenges and kept construction on track.
