It's the 1st US wind farm? Orsted built some in Massachusetts and RI. Orsted had built a staging area in CT for those with alot of local areas against the taking away the port for road salt and normal commerce to staging for this new tech. Heck we got a better pier for any large projects and commerce to benefit the area and state.

When these turbines needs to be replaced those used pieces can be turned into Tiny Homes or nature tunnels/bridges for thr wildlife to cross human infrastructures like over highways and roads.

I don’t have a problem with offshore wind turbines at all. I live in a coastal town in the UK and they are so far away that most people barely notice them.
