These 2 trios and characters have so many similarities.(Spoilers ahead)
Ron and Grover are both foodies and very loyal.
Hermione and Annabeth are the smartest and the mom of their group.
Harry and Percy are the bravest ones who are always willing to sacrifice themselves for their loved ones.
Both Harry and Percy have black hair ,green eyes, bound by a death prophecy and didn't know their true identity from the start.
They both love a spot they never heard before knowing their true identity (Quidditch and Capture the flag).
Both of them are really sassy and clueless (atleast in the books).
Ron and Hermione always always have Harry's back and follow him on dangerous missions which Harry can never survive alone.Same goes for Grover, Annabeth and Percy.
Both trios have 1 girl and two boys.One of the boys is always third wheeling in the other two's relationship (Harry and Grover).
Harry and Percy both got cool stuff from the dad (Invisibility cloak and Riptide).
Both Harry and Percy unknowingly wooed many girls.(Romilda, Rachel etc.)
Both survived the death prophecy.
They both used magic unknowingly in front of others.
(Harry vanished the glass between Dudley and the snake in the zoo.Percy made water fountains erupt and made the toilet water erupt on Clarrise on his first day.)
They both had some horrible relatives (Vernon and Smelly Gabe).
Both were wanted criminals lots of times and have many father figures.
