Gouache is great fun. I feel like I'm painting in acrylic. I like it thick with as little water as possible. I also use it to embellish my watercolor paintings when I want to layer or add interest.

Gouache is almost like Oil paints minus the Smell for me. Or the fast drying of Acrylic. The fact that Illustrators like to use Gouache, and the Ghibli Studio liked to use it...👍
