Repeat the sequence for 5 minutes...longer as your endurance increases.

You can also perform this sequence as a Ladder. Increase the number of reps for each move, each each time you go through the sequence. So on the second run through you would do 2 reps of each move, on the third you would do 3 reps of each move.

I am using one of my AlphaStrong Sandballs. I have it filled with a combination of small black beans and steel shot. I find that this combination creates better feedback and feels more "alive" than using sand.
