Imagine the bosses in the game as our IRL problems, you learn, you try different strategis untik eventually you overcome the bosses/your problems. In retrospect, Dark Souls 1 was the height of his achievement. The formula is showing it's age now, but back then it was fresh and even had a bunch of hidden mechanics that were forgotten in more recent titles

Because of those games I have gotten chances to cool my head from real problems and come back at them with the confidence of someone who soloed some of the hardest bosses.
