Great bit but when you start it off with "who's living with middle school boys" it doesn't sound like you're going the right direction. Maybe I'm wrong because this is just a piece of the standup taken out of context, but if you haven't mentioned that you have a son then maybe break the tension by starting off with "So I have a son. He's middle school age. Anyone here also have a son around middle school age?" That might ease them into it a bit better.

This middle school boy Mama don't play that shit!๐๐ I REFUSE to let my kid b the smelly 1!! Got him to the point now where I don't have to tell him to shower and he puts on deo 2 to 3 times a day! Once n the morning.. once after athletics and once after he showers at night. LMAO
