She's a Danish aid worker Anja Ringgren Lovén, and was on a mission with her husband in Nigeria to rescue children who were abandoned after being accused of being a witch. There she met this kid who was abandoned by everyone. Her insta has a lot of other such stories

The backstory behind this is that a group went into a African village and the villagers thought that the boy was a witch, and because of this superstition,Noone was willing to take care of the boy,and the parents left him, and he began to starve and had no clothes, the group gave him water and took him home,he is now a very strong and bright boy and is living a good life

They are not the same kid. The 2020 is her son. Although the young boy is residing in the orphanage, I believed she owned. :)

The story in the 2016 image was really sad. The villagers was thinking that the child is possessed or something and therefore everyone avoided him and nobody took care of him. Can't remember where the parents went but lady, seeing the child was really thin, came to help.
