Can he spend the afternoon designing a program to identify and alert authorities to people casing out concert halls, stadiums, airports, police stations? when I go to any of those places I don't look at the CCTV closely, examine exits and entrances or any of the other things terrorists and other criminals look at when casing a joint.....

Not sure. But maybe something. Could imagine also needing a software patch. Unlike tesla, don't want to bring it into shop. Don't an they can disable charging except at home. If you buy the upgraded sporty version tesla. Heard it's disabled after sale. Want right to repair. John Deer an tesla have typically denied that. Don't want to need to subscribe to updates like my phone app. Want physical control of switch. So thats right to repair, No penalties, no denials. A wipe or return to factory settings of AI could raise issues.
