Heyโฆ
So driving down here to my grandparents I had a mini panic attack at a turn. And Iโve sort of been thinking about the crash again and itโs making me anxious.
So, I made this. Iโm not trying to say OTHER people on both buses hadnโt been affected tooโฆmy sibling was as well and so was a couple of my friends. But a lot of people werenโt.
For reference, my bus rear ended another bus. It wasnโt that bad, but now anytime someone breaks while Iโm in the car, lightly or not, I freeze up. I know the crash was minorโฆbut mentally it really affected me.
I think it was because of my anxiety. I had bad hallucinations/vivid images of things like that happening, and then one day, it did. And now Iโm sort of always justโฆfreezing up, anytime someone breaks or we approach another car from behind.
