I understand this so much! Same thing happened to me if you cant get the zipper down try pulling your foot up out of the bottom. This is the boot brands way of trying to get you to buy new boots we have a local (in my area) shop that does boot repairs and completely fixes them for a lot less than a brand new pair! 😅

Oh dear! I just got new tall boots, hopefully that doesn’t happen 😂
Btw - any tips for getting the top to drop a bit? I’ve done some stair exercises etc. to drop the heel but they’re still kind of digging into the back of my knees 🫣 it helps keep my heels down lol but I can’t squat down to do polo wraps without it hurting
