200g Rolled oats
100g Raw almonds
50g Pumpkin seeds
50g Sunflower seeds
30g Flaxseeds
60g Honey
50g oil
1 Tbsp Berbere spice (adjust to your heat preference)
1tsp Cinnamon powder
Salt(a pinch)
1tspVanilla powder
After baking
50g chopped chocolate
50g Raisins
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Spice it up: Add the Berbere stirring well to distribute the spices evenly.
Add honey and oil
Combine wet and dry ingredient
-Evenly spread the granola mixture on the prepared baking sheet
Bake for 20-25min stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting. Bake until the granola is golden brown and crispy.
Once baked, remove the granola from the oven and cool completely.
It will crisp up more as it cools. Once cooled, add chocolate and raisins.
Transfer the granola to an airtight container.
