It stops BC this oil wagon from Cornwall is used in a mission where you Robbed a train that John planned or Dutch did and that still work since you can rob trains And just use a horse and jump to the train and then whistle so it doesn't get lost and do t worry it will follow the train just make sure not to alert the driver and put your mask on BC. If you alert the driver then he will jump or you can steal the train and steal the trap.
