Doesn't matter if kids can get voice chat. You can't say anything without getting muted. The only times i've kept my voice chat from the time i logged on to the time i got off, i wasn't using it.

I turned 13 last week Monday (14 October) and I was born in 2011. So I was confused as to why I couldn't use voice chat until I learned I need an ID which in my country you need to be 18 to get. So I feel it's safer for me and others my age to be unable to use voice chat till we are 18.
