Ditch the butter, eggs, or oil!
You don’t need them. All you need is a can of chickpeas, a 1/2 cup of water, Betty Crocker Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie mix (17.5 oz) and a blender!
Mix it all together as shown in the video.
Turn on your oven and cook according to the directions on the package.
What’s amazing about these cookies is that you only need to eat one or two and then you feel FULL because they are packed with fiber and protein!
Yes, the texture turns out to be a little more cake like (kind of like pumpkin chocolate chip cookies) but the delicious sweet oatmeal cookie flavor is still there!

I made this today😊, I thought it looked so good. It was pretty good but, I knew my picky eater would pick up on the chickpeas bean bitterness so, I added cinnamon, coconut and walnuts making it a ‘healthier cowboy cookie.’ It worked! A muffin like thick chew cookie. Thanks for sharing.
