A good evolution change is Feebas into Milotic.
Prior to gen 5, you need to max out its beauty. If you don't feed one good dry Pokéblocks/Poffins, that Feebas will never evolve.
Starting in gen 5 (excluding BDSP), it's now a trade evolution while holding a Prism Scale. Not the best since you need a friend to evolve it now, but less tedious.
