For those saying Darkspine Sonic sounds more like Jet and not the Werehog, that’s because we only hear the first dialogue during the boss fight. After the battle is over, he’ll sound like the Werehog, which later inspired Sonic Team to use that voice for the Werehog

Darkspine is my all time favorite transformation in the series. It also makes me curious of what forms he or anyone else could have with any combination of the World Rings. After all, if we can assume that 3 Rings are the minimum to make a transformation occur or even possibly using any 1 Ring and having a strong enough tie to that single emotion it represents would be enough, I wonder what other transformations we could've possibly seen.
