Honestly I’m not surprised for some of the lower ones.
Usually those are the ones that have to go through some kind of character arc to overcome a huge easily exploitable weakness.
Like how Oshawott wouldn’t open his eyes underwater or how I’m pretty sure Gliscor had trouble flying or something. So obviously they’d have the lowest lose to win ratio since they go through a lot of losses before starting to get their wins. Which is usually near the end of the series anyway.
