I really miss the style of play from a couple seasons ago when we surprised everybody by leading the table all season. Saka and Martinelli were electric that year. Nobody could handle them. Jesus was great too and Odegaard became the player he was always destined to become. If not for Saliba getting injured for the run in, we would've walked the title, then probably won it again last year too.
But anyway, yeah, that intense scintillating fashion of play was a joy. We've become slow and predictable, struggling for ideas now, but I guess it's because other teams fear us now and set themselves up to be hard to break down, rather than going at us and being vulnerable to our counter attack

You ain’t the only team that plays after the international break. Jarring fan base man. We have players out too like Jota, Alison, Chiesa, Elliott, last season we had up to 11 players out. You hear us moaning about it though?

Better teams WILL work you out.... if Arteta is thinking to build little bit by little bit ... other sides have enough nouse to know most of the game plan... there are plenty of levels in the matrix and Mikel as hard as it will be (because success weakens resolve) needs to keep putting in the work every single season.

No, Ødegaard, no Arsenal. City, no Rodri, no KDB = No City. Arsenal has a good squad now, but losing key players is still devastating. There's no hiding from the fact that Ødegaard is by far the best player at Arsenal and his impact on the pitch is immense.

Arsenal were always going to struggle with UCL in mid week ... now they've done for 2-3 years but other sides its more 7-8 years. Still think Arsenal are getting used to a higher concentration of harder fixtures.... you're not going to suddenly be fantastic in Europe and the PL. It takes 4-5 yrs to learn how to do it .. mentally.. physically.

I will say it for yrs and yrs you cannot play with same intensity after 2-3 days. Never so expect more disappointments

I think we’ve been poor since the first game. I was worried during the transfer window since we only brought defensive minded players in and you can see that in the way we play. Too scared to lose and not brave enough to win.
I’ve never been a Wenger or Arteta out guy but if this boring, slow, un creative style of play continues I might change my mind and I suspect a few fans will to.
We want to be entertained (and win the champions league 😂

We have been poor since we lost Odegaard. He propel the team, he control the tempo of how we play. If he go fast we go fast, if he slow it down the team appear the same way. All the Trossard and KAI make shifts in the midfield only show how poor our attacking depth is. Now imagine losing Odegaard for 80% of the season. We are done.
