This really was one of the most fun arrangements to play. I’ve always enjoyed Mario games, but I really enjoyed Super Mario Odyssey. While playing I remember thinking “I’m having as much fun playing this as I had playing Breath of the Wild?!” This was unusual given that Zelda is my favourite franchise and BotW is one of the best, if not THE best Zeldas. I really enjoy the New Donk City music, but I had to give the Chip Clip to “Jump Up, Superstar!”

It’s been 10 years! For the 80th and final ep of A-Bit of 8-Bit I will be reremixing some of my favourite tunes from the last decade. Mario with Queen? Undertale with Harry Potter? The Beatles with Steven Universe? It’s going to be LARGE. In the lead-up, I’m making these 30-second Chip Clip shorts to highlight and reflect on my favourite 8-bit moments.
