The idea behind the Pro is to get the same level of quality at a higher frame rate so instead of paying attention to how they look which is more difficult you need to pay attention to how the animations look and feel when playing. Sony themselves stated it was designed to close the gap of choosing between performance or quality. Also Insomniac is built different and their work makes it much harder to tell the difference between their version as opposed to other developers and their games.
