Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
- Sliced mango, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

4. After the pudding has set, give it a good stir. If it's too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
