Despite owning a Vita, I never got to play Freedom Wars (blasphemy, I know) so I'm looking forward to trying it for the first time!
Pirate Yakuza looks really fun, too, though I kinda want to play the whole series in order, so it may be a good while before I get there xD

Now that Freedom Wars finally got a remastered, it would be awesome to see Soul Sacrifice also getting a proper release on modern platforms. The game is a staple for any PsVita Library, and it's a shame that it never got a port or a remaster.

I really, really hope that Freedom wars gets a Switch port, even if they delay it till the new switch releases. Freedom Wars on Vita was a masterpiece AAA game IMHO that sadly got overlooked due to Sony abandoning the Vita.

It's interesting to note that Pirate Yakuza isn't bringing the traditional combat back, but looks straight up a hack n slash!
I'm curious to see how RGG will alternate between the three combat systems of the series, they output is insane for a game studio in 2020s

I'm glad they're both 2 months apart because i definitely want to take my time with both. 10 years later, I didn't think I'd play an updated Freedom Wars, can't wait
