If the other waitresses/waiters don't have enough tables during their shift maybe they should of split up the responsibilities of the huge parties jenny is currently serving instead of giving them all to one member of staff.

If this isn't a wake-up call to the other wait staff, I don't know what to tell you. The VAST majority of people who request a server tip VERY generously. If the others were any good, they'd be having folks request THEM.
The manager should have bells and whistles going off in their head telling her to observe and have the other bored servers observe Jenny and take notes. THAT would allow THEM ALL to learn how to give better service and receive bigger tips. If they do this and heed what they learn, ALL the servers will be better and there will be fewer requests for Jenny. This interaction would have me leaving the restaurant.
If this a "pooled tips" establishment, Jenny is getting screwed by not getting what SHE earned.

I see the Manager's POV, and I see the customer's POV. If Jenny is that good of a server, then the other servers need to step up. Cause it sounds like Jenny is the only reliable server the manager has.
