Here’s what you’re doing:

As many kettlebell squat to overhead presses as you can in 30 seconds (right side).
Straight into as many one-arm kettlebell swings as you can in 30 seconds (right side).
Switch sides and do the same thing on the left.
Finish with as many burpees as you can in 30 seconds.

Rest for 2-3 minutes, and then repeat for 4-6 rounds.
