Ingredients for pakora:-

Gram flour / Besan - 1 cup / 240 g
Yogurt / Dahi 1/2 cup / 120 g
Methi / Fresh fenugreek leaves - 2 cups
Grated ginger / Adrak 1 tsp
Turmeric powder / Haldi - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Crushed cumin powder / Sabut jeera - 1 tsp
Crushed coriander powder / Sabut dhania - 1 tsp
Asafoetida / Hing - 1/4 tsp
Carrom seeds / Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Water as required
To fry the pakora - large amount oil vegetable oil

Gram flour / Besan - 1/2 cup / 120 g
Yogurt / Dahi - 1 cup / 240 g
Turmeric powder / Haldi - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin / Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Coriander / Dhania powder - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds / sabut jeera - 1/2 tsp
Black mustard seeds / Sarsho - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds / Methi dana - 1/4 tsp
Coriander seeds / Sabut dhania - 1/2 tsp
Whole black pepper / Kali mirch - 8/10 pcs
Asafoetida / Hing - 1/2 tsp
Ginger / Adrak ka juice - 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Water / Pani - 7 cups ( water as required )

Dried red chili / Lal sukhi mirch - 4
Cumin seeds / Sabut jeera - 1 tsp
Black mustard seeds / Sarsho - 1 tsp

Finally chopped green chili / Hari mirch - 2
Finally chopped ginger - Adrak - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
