Strength - Symbiote spiderman
Can casually hold 20 ton tram by one hand in the first movie through the damage of Goblin's punches at the glider's speed after him showing same strength of holding it by one hand . Hardy Venom hasn't shown this level of strength let alone ones from the next movie like over 700 tons in stopping the train .

Durability- Symbiote spiderman
Pumpkin bomb is city block level due to turning 6 people completely into fine powder . " minor quakes felt throughout the subway system " was the headline in an article about symbiote spiderman in daily bugle newspapers after his fight with Sandman which is multi city block level AP and durability feat cuz he didn't break any of his own body throughout that fight while causing this either . Hardy Venom doesn't come close .

Stamina - Equal or Symbiote spiderman
Symbiote can do things by itself even when spiderman is sleeping . If anything Hardy Venom symbiote is the one shown hungry hence possibly capable of exhaustion .

Abilities - Symbiote spiderman
Has usual spiderman's abilities like webs which he use in several different ways like nets , bullets , tripwires on top of the usual swinging and pulling things towards himself or closing distance between himself and something, and spider sense .
Hardy Venom can make a shield and extend his hand to grab or attack his opponents but that's about it .

Endurance - Equal
Tie in comic which showed what Eddie was doing after being taken over by Venom in SM - 3 and before its final act showed him being gunned down by cops when he was just starting to figure out what this black suit was and freaking out with Peter's memories , and of course he healed from that . Symbiote spiderman would have the same level of healing factor hence endurance .
And , if you meant this in terms of faster recovery and not in terms of total then spiderman takes this no contest dude doesn't give a damn about being rammed into running trains and punched by Sandman's big hand in the middle of it just comes back redirecting himself with a punch in his face .
