Nice advice, this tips answered my question on why I can read advanced topics with ease, but when writing my mind must think really hard to write down sentences.

That's exactly how I even expanded my knowledge of vocabulary most efficiently, if you ask me. I couldn't look up words and expressions in test situations, but I did when writing at home. Many teachers were mindblown by my essays, letters, etc. I'd suggest seeking out vocabulary for specific complex sentences you find impressive yourself. Since you use those expressions within strict contexts, you'll remember them really easily, given that you'll likely feel excited reading your highly praised texts over and over.

Thank you for your tips. The other day I came up with an idea to move passive vocabulary to active vocabulary. I thought about creating a kind of written form. I would name it "5 words to activate today". Following your idea about grabing a pen and paper... the basic idea is to write down 5 words we aim to activate. During the day we can write down different sentences using those 5 words, also, think about expressions and sentences and say them out loud. What do you think?
