I've never switched instruments, But I was in 6th grade picking out my instrument. It was either between tuba or trombone. My Middle school band instructor flipped a coin so I could decide. Heads for tuba and tails for trombone. It got heads. And I'll never regret it. I'm now in a high school marching band playing the sousaphone. We made State finals and got 9th place! I wouldn't have done it without my Middle school director! I'll miss her.
