One of my favourite pies is scallop and mussel it's served in Italian restaurants I'm pretty sure that's where I've had it is it even Italian I'm only part so idk ๐
And if the scallops have that orange roe part there not Australian we shuck ours could be mussels but

Stanley is a very nice, relaxing spot.
Did you like it the Pie (scallop pies are very common in Tasmania) as said flavourful and so bland so I'm not sure Greg!!
