Let me tell ya a little story about the, almost, 15 years at Walmart. Was hired for the electronics department. Worked 1 or 2 shifts. Then brought into the office and told that my position would be ending but the could offer me a nightshift maintenance position. That was different so I accepted. First night I went outside for relief as fell on the ice. Went back in told a supervisor and finished my shift. Then proceeded to clean toilets, emptying garbages and clean the store. Worst part is over the next 14 years and some, I fell on the property over 17 times and received 13 stitches one night after the back of my hand ran into unfinished renovations. Thing is I was transported to the hospital more than once and never told to fill out an incident report. I worked nights so in the morning I just needed to get my Frontal lobe Brain injured disabled but home. Finally the manager, at the time, had me fired cause I forgot new COVID rules. A few months before I was eligible for a full retirement plan. Cool
