100g minced pork
1/2 tsp soy sauce s.lazada.sg/s.1KwVb?cc

1/2 tsp sugar
1 pack instant ramyeon s.lazada.sg/s.1LHqH?cc
100g enoki mushroom s.lazada.sg/s.1rPwA
1/2 tube (175g) Korean soft tofu s.lazada.sg/s.1rPDN
1 egg
Garnish:
1/2 tsp sesame oil
chilli flakes, to taste (optional)
2 tbsp chopped spring onions
1. Add sesame oil in a 24cm pan, add minced garlic. Fry minced pork with minced garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar.
2. Add 600ml water and instant ramyeon seasoning packs
3. Once boiling, add enoki mushrooms, tofu and noodles.
4. When noodles are half-cooked, add egg.
5. Turn off heat after a minute, add sesame oil, chilli flakes, spring onions and serve.
