There was an iced option listed when I was in Rome and I ordered it in Italian and got a lengthy explanation back that was over my head and I just nodded, got my little ticket receipt thing and went to go pick up whatever I had just agreed to and it was a hot cappuccino. ๐๐ Those are all the sweeteners and stuff that your body grew up with and is so used to. While you get used to the European food...this will always hit that spot.
For me it's a special lemonade that you only used to find in the former DDR. This year it suddenly arrived in the south somehow. We weren't allowed to drink much Coca Cola or Fanta or whatever as kids, but when visiting our grandparents...there would be this lemonade.๐ Even most people from the east don't like it.
