Ruth Jane Aceng has been at the fore front of Military Dictator Gen. Yoweri Museveni's ongoing murderous reign of terror on Ugandans in the name of Covid-19.

All restriction of movement, total lockdown of the country, militia killungs of innocent unarmed civilians including children and pregnant mothers, shut down of schools, places of worship, businesses, etc..have all been done on the advice of the Minister of Health Ruth Aceng.

Worst of all, and there is a second clip following this one, is on her advice, the ruling thug regime banned all political rallies saying it is too dangerous in the face of the pandemic. Now, this witch announced last week that she is running for political office, I guess the looting of the Covid money is finished, and boom!! Running under the ruling bush war flagship of dictatorship gross human rights abusers, there she is holding open rallies with no one reminding her of her own dictates to the nation.

May Abiriga's soul rest in peace. At least he would have called out his sister on this. Now, where are those gun wielding Anyanyas???
