This is your little dose of mindfulness for today! Many people ask How to practice Mindfulness, where do I start?
#shorts Start by putting your full attention on something you would ordinarily not give a second thought to. When you think you've noticed everything about it, keep going!! If you can stick with this you will be amazed at what happens.
When practiced regularly you will find that mindfulness just becomes part of your everyday life. It is a wonderful practice for depression, anxiety, over thinking and so much more. It is perfect for those who believe sit-down meditation isn't for them or those who "don't have time for meditation" since it is something which you can integrate into any task you are doing at any moment of the day.
