Govt supervisor here... they always get a period of paid leave pending you get counsel or appeal an action. After that time, they suspend you unpaid for a period or until an action is completed. I feel like Feds are a coming 😳

The process needs to be followed or you risk Proctor suing and legal consequences. Once he’s fired we want him to stay fired and not benefit from a lawsuit. The real issue is that he’ll end up keeping his pension which he should be losing.

Proctors bosses knew all this information before trial , this investigation should’ve started a long time ago. Him not getting paid while suspended is obviously a great thing and I’m happy this process keeps moving forward. It should be announced very soon that he has been fired because no other person at any type of job would still have their job if they did what nasty proctor did
