This year has to have some of the most interesting creations I've seen you make!! I love trying to recreate these challenges (if i have the ingredients) – recreated the loooong springroll but used habañero lime samyang instead and it was soooo good!! Please, never stop exploring what you love.

You try freezing the cooked noodles. Gellantinize the broth, separately. If the noodles are fully cooked, going in partially frozen mean they shouldnt take in more moisture but should be warmed by the time you eat them. Probably have to preform them in the shape you want them to freeze or partially freeze in

Add the soup base mix to the bun itself, or sprinkle some on top/inside of the dough before folding.
