The gym i go to consist of group sessions. I might be the last to finish all reps but its because i prefer to move slow and steady with proper form (to the best of my ability anyway).
Feels easier on my joints than just pushing out reps.

As a PT.
I cant think of anything thats a bigger waste of time than this.

Go get in a squat rack.
Put some weight on it.
Squats. Lunges. Dealift. RDLs. Single leg dumbbell squats.

This is just putting on tights and showing off your body.
