I bet the previous owner bricked it during a BIOS update.

Many times the problems like this are due to the BIOS being corrupted - try re-flashing the BIOS not just resetting CMOS.

Screw those dumb speakers. Man whatever happened to code screens? Clear and concise, no guessing if something is a long or short beep, no guessing which beep is the first one. Just a dang code.

You need to wash the motherboard to clear any 5g interference- some soap and water will do just fine đ

Challenge: Make the smallest mini-ITX with 7950x3D paired with 4090 but using a single fan cooler(No RGB no water cooling). A single fan meaning both the CPU & GPU heatsink will be attached to a single Aircooled fan!
