The same laws of physics that apply to eggs, also apply to moons? 🤔 #SolarSystem #Shorts #Space

What a great analogy, I'd heard about this moon before, but I never quite understood the physics behind how we were able to predict the liquid ocean, until now 😃

Brian Cox is like Bob Ross, Steve Irwin and Mr Rogers all rolled into one!

Great analogy! Sometimes I have these second-epiphanies, where I emotionally realize that we are all bound by the same laws of physics, like I know that objects on planets from Andromeda also fall down towards the center of mass, but then you kind of know-know it and it blows your mind. Never gets tiring learning more about our universe!

He was being so profound , "Consider an egg....", and then gravity brought it crashing down.

Until we break Enceladus on a frying pan, it seems difficult to believe that.

I mean that would’ve been a great Segway into entropy

How does one come up with such a simplified and easy to understand analogy like this? I’ve heard of the concept of ice moons wobbling, but never thought of explaining it in terms of a raw vs boiled egg!
