I've had 3 Xbox Elite controllers fail with stick drift. 2 of them were custom designs from Microsoft, so took ages to be replaced under warranty.
One was the controller that came with the Xbox and was out of warranty.
The thing is, the Xbox controllers I have from 20 years ago are still fine!
Reliability has gone downhill 😢

I had the same PS4 controller from release to 2 years ago when I got a ps5 and I haven't had stick drift on my PS4 or ps5 controllers. I don't get it

No no no no no. Trust me, once the senors experience even the slighest amount of issue, your buttons will begin to actuall move your thumbsticks due to how the sensors are fit into the stick. Had a controller like this that ended up making the A button spaz the camera out if i moved the thumbstick while pressing A. Just wait for a better one i guess
