Winget is the default package manager for Windows.

I dont use mac or rust but suprisingly yes I use the package managers appropriately! That said I still get puthon version compatiably isues even when using pip, but I think that just user error.

Arch Linux actually blocks pip from installing packages on the system or user level, instead recommending pacman or virualenv

Apt is for debian but you can actually install it in any linux distro, i don't recommend you use it because it can cause conflict between apt and the linux distro package manager
Note: NiceOS doesn't have a package manager, in the description you can install any other linux package manager
