Valid, though i think its more of a tolerance to fatigue or a tolerance to the build up of lactic acid that makes one accustomed to an exersize. Basically as you get stronger your body wont struggle as much from the same reps/weight used during an exersize stopping the tremors. though the tremors and build of lactic acid are a sign of adequate stimulus being delivered to the muscles, from a body building standpoint, you increase weight or reps over time to bring yourself closer and closer to muscular failiure delivering more stimulus which causes these tremors
