Here’s how you can stay in a 1970’s ex cartel private jet ⬇️

Apple Camping provides an unforgettable glamping experience with a twist. Just 8 minutes drive from Tenby, this unique campsite features a variety of quirky accommodations including a UFO, a Jet Star airplane, a Pac-Man-themed dome, a Witch’s Hat and more.

I’ve been wanting to stay here for ages especially after seeing it featured on the TV series: Three In A Bed! I decided to book a 2 night stay and chose the Jet Star II plane as it looked the most unique plus… it used to belong to drug
smugglers from Senegal!
The site has new owners who are renovating the accommodations bit by bit and we were told they will be adding extras like hot tubs in the near future which will be great!

The cockpit, is equipped with an Xbox and flight-themed games plus pilot props (which you can see I clearly took advantage of 😂) Thry also have a small selection of dvds too.

At the rear of the jet, there’s an added bedroom which has recently been re decorated. Additional sleeping arrangements feature a single bed ideally suited for children and a leather sofa that converts into a bed.
There also the original toilet with sink which can still be used!

Outside, there is a small kitchen area which is rough and ready but with everything you need and a private shower and toilet room.
It’s these two outbuildings that will be renovated making it from camping facilities to glamping facilities.

However on our second day, we found the more modern shower/kitchen building across the field used by other accommodations so used that instead.
