This is from Blue Bloods Season 11, Episode 10 “The Common Good”. Janko and Witten (the officers here) decide to stop in and check on Yelena when they’ve finished with a different call in the same building. The wife meets them at the door and is very aggressive, telling them to go away unless they have a warrant. Later they get a call from the apartment and learn that the wife has made numerous calls about her husband in the pass, leading them to suspect that the husband is abusive toward both Yelena and the wife, as well as possibly the children. Janko and Witten go to answer the call and inform the family that they’ve contacted child services. Janko tells the wife that if her husband is abusive she needs to protect her children. The wife tearfully admits that the husband locks them up and beats them if they upset him. Janko and Witten arrest the husband.
