Hawkes Bay maybe a bit late for this but oh well! We have a mountain Te Mata Peak! It has a great veiw of the ocean and the town!

Tongariro Crossing is quite epic but if you are pushed for time there is nearby a hidden gem, Lake Rotopunamu... two hour easy stroll of fabulous trees and Lake.

Auckland: kelly tarltonâs aquarium, sky tower observation deck and orbit restaurant, TÄwharanui/WaitÄkere/Hunua regional parks, Muriwai beach and Gannet colony, Waiheke island, climb up one of the 50 mountains bc they all have really nice paths and gives a good view.

The Coromandel Peninsula is a must do! Especially the northern half. Port Jackson, Stony Bay, Waikawau. All awesome spots!

You should visit cannons creek in eastern Porirua! make sure to say yoza!! (it's a common greeting in that part of the north island)

You should definitely visit Lyall Bay beach such a beautiful area and itâs known for the famous maranui restaurant and cafe

The Kaimanawa national park has some incredible tramps definitely worth a look đ

1 Coromandel (beautiful beaches)
And go to Coromandel hot water beach
2 Rotorua (lots of natural hot springs)
3 Lake Taupo (small town beautiful swimming during summer)
