Also, punishment for such crimes has been described in hadees and quraan, they are very severe and long lasting. A sinner may be punished for centuries or millenia before entering jannah, that is if he holds the belief of one god which is really tough when one constantly sins big time.

8 ways earn even good deeds Even after your death.
1. Give a copy of the Qur'an to someone. Every time they read from it, you gain.

To clear up the confusion, o ye Christians:
You believe your sins have been atoned for by the death of Jesus, so it's straight to Heaven you go.
We believe we are accountable for our own sins, and although Allah is The Most Merciful, He is The Most Just. If we die without repenting for our sins, we will go to Jahanam. However, while disbelievers will be tormented eternally, whoever has the smallest amount of faith in Allah, His Messenger, and The Last Day, will be removed from Jahanam and enter paradise.
Note: Jahanam is a fire so hot it's 70 times worse than worldly fire and is colored black. No one should want to stay there for even a second.

There is a Hadeeth on the authority of Jareer in which
The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, pointed out that anyone who is the first to do a good deed and thereafter people follow his example, he will gain a reward for doing the deed and the reward for all those who follow him until the Day of Resurrection.
