When I’m nowhere near an instrument of rock I will literally open my voice memos app and try my best to like sound out the riff/melody and yes it’s happened in the shower so many times 😅 maybe I’ll take my acoustic next tim

I have all my clearest and creative thoughts in the shower. There is something about no distractions and I shower first thing in the morning when my brain is fresh and hasn't been consumed by a days worth of stress and b.s. But unlike you, I can never remember. So what I have to do is actually sing the melody or words out loud.. very loud so the sound gets imprinted in my brain. You could always bring your phone in and turn on the recorder and record your sessions so you don't forget.. Audio.. not video..
